Terms of Service

1. Acceptance & Agreement

By using DNS Proxyon services you accept these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, and the legal-responsibility points set out below. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Legal Framework & Your Jurisdiction

Using a proxy, VPN, or VPS to route your own traffic is lawful in most jurisdictions (including Bangladesh, the USA, the UK, Canada, the EU, and most of Asia). However:

• You are solely responsible for ensuring your activity is legal in (a) your own country, (b) the country whose IP you use, and (c) any jurisdiction whose services or users you interact with.
• A proxy does not place you above the law. Routing illegal activity through our IPs is still illegal, and IP addresses are traceable.
• Some countries restrict or ban proxy/VPN use entirely (see Section 5). If you operate from such a country, the legal risk is yours alone.

3. Account & Payment

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity under it.
• All prices are in USD. Local payments (bKash) are converted at the rate shown at checkout. Crypto payments are also accepted. Funds are credited to your wallet automatically and may be spent on any product.
• One wallet works across every service; you do not need separate accounts or payments per product.

4. Permitted Use

The Service is intended only for legitimate, lawful activities, such as:

• Scraping and aggregation of publicly available data
• Price comparison and market research
• Advertisement verification and ad-fraud detection
• SEO and SERP monitoring
• Brand protection and trademark monitoring
• Accessing geo-restricted public content you are authorised to view
• QA, uptime, and performance testing of your own websites and applications

You must comply with all applicable laws and with the terms of service of any third-party website or platform you access through the Service.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may NOT use the Service for any of the following. This list is illustrative, not exhaustive:

• Survey, GPT, offerwall, or reward fraud — multi-accounting or manipulating any survey, market-research, or incentive platform (e.g. CPX, Wannads, TheoremReach) to extract rewards
• Online gambling, betting, or casino activity
• Advertising / click fraud — fake clicks, impressions, installs, or conversions
• Mass or fake account creation on any platform (social media, email, gaming, financial)
• Credential stuffing, brute-force, or any unauthorised access to accounts or systems (hacking)
• Carding, payment fraud, or unauthorised electronic transactions involving stolen or fraudulent financial instruments
• Spam of any kind — unsolicited bulk email, SMS, messaging, or comment posting
• Sneaker bots, ticket scalping, or automated checkout abuse
• DDoS, DoS, port scanning, or any network-attack traffic
• Malware, ransomware, or botnet command-and-control distribution
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — strictly forbidden, reported to authorities, and a serious crime everywhere
• Sextortion, blackmail, revenge porn, or non-consensual intimate content, including AI-generated material
• Distribution of, or access to, any illegal content under applicable law
• Copyright / IP infringement, media piracy, or unauthorised torrenting
• Phishing, identity theft, or any activity intended to deceive or defraud third parties
• Any other activity that is illegal, fraudulent, or harmful to third parties

6. Applicable Laws You Must Respect

Bangladesh — Cyber Security Ordinance, 2025 (in force since 21 May 2025). Criminalises hacking and unauthorised system access, data theft, cyber fraud, unauthorised electronic/financial transactions, online gambling and betting, cyber terrorism, and the use of AI to commit offences such as blackmail, sextortion, harassment, or the creation/distribution of obscene or child sexual abuse material. Penalties include fines and imprisonment.

United States — Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA). Scraping publicly available data that does not require a login is generally lawful (per hiQ Labs v. LinkedIn and Van Buren v. United States). Bypassing logins, passwords, CAPTCHAs, paywalls, or rate-limits to reach protected data is "unauthorized access" and can be a federal crime. Facts and data are not copyrightable, but reproducing creative content/articles can be infringement. State privacy laws (e.g. CCPA) apply to personal data.

United Kingdom — Computer Misuse Act 1990 & UK GDPR. Accessing public data is generally fine, but unauthorised access (bypassing authentication or technical safeguards) is a criminal offence. UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act apply to any personal data, requiring a lawful basis. The UK also retains EU-style database rights.

Canada — Criminal Code & PIPEDA. Using a proxy/VPS is legal; scraping public, non-personal data is generally permitted. But Criminal Code s.342.1 makes fraudulent or unauthorised access to a computer system an indictable offence (up to 10 years), and s.430(1.1) covers mischief to data (e.g. DDoS). PIPEDA governs personal data — even publicly posted personal information needs meaningful consent and a legitimate purpose.

Common safe rules everywhere: only collect public, non-personal data; respect robots.txt; use polite, human-like request rates; never bypass logins, passwords, or CAPTCHAs; do not republish copyrighted content; and ensure a lawful basis for any personal data.

7. Country-Specific Proxy/VPN Restrictions

The Service must not be used to violate the laws of any country. Some governments restrict or ban proxy/VPN use, or permit only state-approved services. As of early 2026 this group commonly includes (non-exhaustive, subject to change):

• Full or near-total bans / state-approval only: North Korea, Turkmenistan, Belarus, Iran, Iraq, Myanmar, China.
• Heavily regulated or partially restricted: Russia, Oman, UAE, Turkey, Pakistan, Egypt.

In some of these countries, operating an unauthorised proxy/VPN service is itself a criminal offence. If you or your customers are in such a country, you accept full and sole legal responsibility.

8. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, specific uptime, IP reputation, or compatibility with any specific third-party website or platform. We do not guarantee that any IP will remain accessible to, or unblocked by, any external service. The Cheap Proxy tier is a best-effort budget service with a daily limit and no stability guarantee.

9. Refunds

We do not offer refunds on proxy or VPS purchases. We recommend testing a small or short package first before buying a larger one. The only exception is SMS verification, which is auto-refunded to your wallet if no code arrives.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DNS Proxyon shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages — including loss of profits, data, accounts, or goodwill — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid in the one (1) month preceding the claim.

11. User Responsibility & Indemnification

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account and proxy/VPS access. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DNS Proxyon, its operators, and its partners from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of this Policy or any law.

12. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately, without prior notice and without refund, if we have reasonable grounds to believe you have violated this Policy. Abuse that triggers action by our partners or by law enforcement will result in permanent termination.

13. Cooperation with Authorities

We will cooperate fully with valid requests from law enforcement and regulatory authorities, including disclosure of account and usage information where legally required.

14. Monitoring

While we respect customer privacy, we and our partners may monitor aggregate traffic for abuse detection. We do not actively inspect lawful content, but we reserve the right to investigate suspected violations of this Policy.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy at any time. Laws referenced here may also change. Continued use of the Service after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
