Do you sell datacenter proxies?
Yes. Static Datacenter (IPv4 & IPv6) is available at Dashboard → Static Datacenter. We also sell residential proxies (GB, Daily, Cheap, Static Residential), 5G mobile, Static Residential VPS, and SMS.
How do I deposit money?
After signing up, go to Wallet → Deposit. We accept bKash and 50+ cryptocurrencies. bKash deposits are auto-approved via transaction ID (exchange rate 130 BDT = $1). Crypto deposits are instant. One wallet works for every product.
What's the difference between Elite, Diamond, and Golden?
These are 5G Mobile Proxy packages — not unlimited residential plans and not datacenter. Elite is the top tier, then Diamond, then Golden. Each has its own duration list. 30-day plans include cashback to your wallet.
What's the Cheap Proxy limit?
Maximum 4 cheap proxies per user per day. Resets at 00:00 UTC. No guarantee on quality. Available countries: USA, UK, Germany, Canada, France only.
What's Daily Proxy?
IP-based residential proxies with two rate plans: Individual ($0.10–$0.07/IP for 1–5,000) and Team ($0.06–$0.03/IP from 5,000+). Each published band has one $/IP — no duplicate same-price packs. See Pricing for the full table. Extracted IPs auto-release after about 24 hours. Best for short tasks.
What's GB Proxy?
Pay-as-you-go residential bandwidth. You buy GB, then extract HTTP or SOCKS5 IPs. Unused GB stays until you use it. Volume tiers lower the price per GB.
How does Static Proxy work?
Coming soon. It will be a dedicated static residential IP with country, state, and ISP targeting. It is not a datacenter proxy. Static Residential VPS is a separate product and is available now.
How fast is VPS delivery?
Typical delivery 15–60 minutes during business hours. Credentials appear in your dashboard and are also sent by email / Telegram when ready.
Can I get a refund?
SMS: auto-refund to wallet if no code arrives. Proxy: refund if we fail to deliver. Other digital services are typically non-refundable once delivered. Test a small package first.
Do you have an API?
Yes. Deposit tiers: $100 = 1 API, $200 = 2 APIs, $500 = all APIs. KYC is required. Docs are in the dashboard after approval.
Is there a Telegram bot?
Yes. Same account as the website — wallet, orders, and support. Link Telegram from Security in the dashboard.
Is two-factor an authenticator app?
No. Two-factor is email OTP. When enabled, a one-time code is sent to your email at login.
Do you log my activity?
No. We don't log what you do through our proxies. We only track usage statistics (bandwidth, device count, order history) needed to run the service.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. New accounts can claim one free residential IP once. No payment required.
